Thanks to its presence and its own activities abroad, FONDATION SUISA is reliant on access to international networks. However, the strained relationship between officials from Switzerland and the European Union (EU) makes formal relations and participation in important structures and thus funding impossible (see also: Creative Europe).

Membership of iamic allows us to avoid these adversities, at least in part, because it is a global network that is not just limited to Continental Europe.

As the project manager of SWISS MUSIC, FONDATION SUISA assumes the role of the “Swiss Ambassador”.
